Stars National Points Structure

Points will be awarded at each race, (completion of Final), to the first 42-finishers according to the following scale below:

For 2008 the points system will accommodate a "B Feature" and pays points to 42 positions. This allows for up to 8 competitors in a B Feature (if minimum 34 run an "A" main event) to gain valuable national points. If 36 competitors start the A Feature, the top 6 in B Feature gain points. 38 in A feature, top 4 in B etc.
