2008 Pit Request Form

ATTENTION DRIVERS AND TEAMS:  Pit request procedures and forms have changed.  Please be advised that effective immediately, any driver or team that leaves their reserved pit area in an unacceptable condition will be charged a $500 clean up fee for first offense and $1,000.00 for second offense. A Stars of Karting official and/or a representative of the facility will be on hand at the end of each event to inspect your space before you leave.  Each pit request has a required method of payment field that must be completed before you will be allowed to park your vehicles.  If you are paying by cash or check, you will be asked to provide a $500 deposit that will be returned after your space has been inspected and approved.

The procedures for requesting space at any of our events has been modified slightly do to the number of competitors traveling to our selected venues early for testing or to participate in an event at those locations.  PIT REQUEST FORMS MUST BE IN OUR OFFICE NO LATER THAN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO OUR EVENT.  Spaces will be assigned in advance by our crew based on those requests.  This is especially important if you plan on coming early and do not want to move your trailers or if you plan on renting tents.  Special requests will only be accommodated to those competitors whose forms are received in time.  Any forms received after the 15 day deadline will be assigned to an available space upon arrival. 

Everyone needing pit space must have a form filled out, this includes sponsors.  If you have not provided us with a form prior to the event you will asked to fill it out before you will be shown to your space.  No exceptions.
